1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 2026jl1 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). By registering an account, accessing the 2026jl1 website at 2026jl1.club, using any feature of the platform, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of 2026jl1 and close any active account. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall prevail.

2 Eligibility

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your 2026jl1 account credentials, including your username and password. The following obligations apply:

• You must select a strong, unique password for your 2026jl1 account and must not reuse passwords from other services, particularly financial platforms such as GCash or PayMaya.
• You must not disclose your account credentials to any third party, including friends, family members, or individuals claiming to be 2026jl1 representatives. Legitimate 2026jl1 support staff will never request your password.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you, unless you have notified 2026jl1 of unauthorized access in a timely manner.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals & Account Funds

All financial transactions on 2026jl1 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted payment methods: 2026jl1 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Accepted methods may be updated at any time without prior notice.
• Deposit processing: Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your 2026jl1 wallet in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take longer to process depending on the financial institution involved.
• Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100, unless a promotional minimum applies.
• Withdrawal processing: Approved withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 60 minutes for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or pending verification.
• Identity verification before withdrawal: 2026jl1 reserves the right to require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. This may include submission of government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership.
• Unused balances: Account balances that remain inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee of ₱100 per month, charged against the remaining balance. You will be notified by email or SMS before any such fee is applied.
• No interest: 2026jl1 does not pay interest on funds held in player accounts.
• Currency: All balances, bets, wins, and bonuses are denominated in Philippine Peso. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are borne by the player.

6 Gameplay & Wagering Rules

The following conditions govern all gameplay activity conducted on 2026jl1:

In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the conflict relates to a game rule that is more specific to the circumstances.

• Players must not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games on 2026jl1. Such use constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

2026jl1 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other promotional incentives to players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated as "no wagering" in the promotional terms. Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are awarded to a single account per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times using different accounts will be treated as a violation of these Terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus that has not been used or that has not met its wagering requirements by the specified expiry date will be automatically removed from the player's account along with any associated winnings.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 2026jl1. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 2026jl1 platform, including but not limited to the website design, logos, trademarks, game graphics, text, software, database structure, audio, and visual elements, is the intellectual property of 2026jl1 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, or commercial exploitation of any platform content, is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of 2026jl1.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 2026jl1 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming funds due to service interruptions, technical malfunctions, or unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Loss of data or account information caused by system failures outside the reasonable control of 2026jl1.
• Financial losses sustained through gaming activity on the platform, which you acknowledge is subject to chance and inherent risk.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including GCash, PayMaya, or banking institutions.

2026jl1's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

2026jl1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms by the player.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute filed by the player against 2026jl1 with their payment provider.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement directive requiring account closure.

Upon termination of an account for reasons other than breach by the player, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 14 business days, subject to standard KYC verification requirements.

You may close your 2026jl1 account at any time by contacting support. Account closure for non-breach reasons will result in the return of any verified balance, subject to any applicable bonus conditions and outstanding wagering requirements.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This requirement does not affect your right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief where appropriate.

14 Amendments to These Terms
